  • Kids

    Our Wednesday 5PM Kids Class is designed for children Kindergarten through Fifth grade! Fitness in the form of games and quality movement helps them grow physically and emotionally. You can workout during our adult class at the same time!

  • TEENS

    Our Teens class meets Tuesday and Thursday at 5PM. This class is made for Sixth graders through high school. This class develops fitness in an age appropriate way. Weightlifting, bodyweight strength and endurance .

  • Semi Private Teens

    We offer a six week midday Teens focused Strength and Conditioning class. This class is designed to fit the schedule for homeschool students looking to improve their health and fitness. Contact us for course times!
