Reboot!

It’s that time of year! Everyone is busy. There is always something to do. We will “get to it” eventually. I will eat better next week. Ugh! It doesn’t take much to slowly slip out of good habits. Good news, it doesn’t take much to get back into good habits, especially if you have established them before!

October, 27th we are kicking off an end of year squat cycle along with a four week nutrition challenge! That doesn’t mean you have to wait two weeks to start getting things back in line. Below I’ve put together some tasty, high protein meals to give you a little “Reboot” before we get started! Along with that I’ve put together a one week meal plan to help you use those recipes.
