Strength: Overhead Squat, 5 x 1WOD: In Teams of 2 with a 13 minute time limit...2000 m row Max Rep Toes to Bar *One partner rows 250m while other partner performs toes to bar. At the end of each 250m they switch. Score is total reps of toes to bar. If time expires before 2000 is complete both partners perform 15 burpees.
