Shoulder Press, 3 x 8

Sport Strength:

3 x 3 Shoulder Press, 3 x 2 Push Press, 3 x 1 Push or Split Jerk. Increase weight each set.

WOD:

For Time....
50 Wall Balls
25 Burpees
50 Wall Balls
25 Burpees
50 Wall Balls

Daily Challenge:

Floor Wipers w/ Barbell, 5 x 10

Mobility:

Scorpion, Pigeon Pose

I was surprised by the fail on 175, 165 went up really easy. Oh well, something to shoot for next time.

WOD:
I hereby call a motion to the floor to rename this WOD..."Balls to the Wall, Balls to the floor"

11:53 #14, yes #14. I felt like I was cheating myself when I grabbed it. Around wall ball #140 I was glad I had.

At the time I was less than proud to do 25wb in lieu of 50 but am thankful today that i did. Shoulder is screaming. Better to come back slowly than be stupid.
