ACCESSORY - 30s bar hang, pull ribs down and tuck your tail

CONDITIONING:

"Triples" Barbell Complex

5 rounds for weight

1 round = 3-deadlift, 3-hang power clean, 3-front squat, 3-push press

Do not put bar down during round and rest as needed between rounds

MOBILITY:

Thread the needle - 30s per side, legs over head - 60s (two times through the sequence)
