CrossFit Football meets today at 4:30pm

Thursday class WOD: 

STRENGTH:

Shoulder Press

B: 3 x 10

I: 3 x 8

A: 4 x 3

CONDITIONING:

Barbell Complex--5 rounds for weight

3-deadlift

3-hang power clean

3-front squat

3-push press

Once you start the round, no stopping.

Rest as needed between rounds.

MOBILITY:

pigeon pose

Frontier City, hands down. I've been there about 4 times in the past 3 years and each time I went, it never seemed to imprvoe. Everything is decaying, falling apart and needs to be replaced. Just like the That Sneaker Wearing Entrepreneurial Cartoonist Internet Guy mentions, the good rides are closed each time for whatever reason. The 3 tower bungie launch looks like fun, but was always closed. Food is high priced and not really good. It is a matter of time and it will go.
