Min 1-2: Rest

Min 2-3: Box Jump Overs (30/24)

Min 3-4: Rest

Min 4-5: Hang Power Cleans (155/100)

Min 5-6: Rest

Min 6-7: Muscle-ups

Min 7-8: Rest

Min 8-9: Thrusters (155/100)

Min 9-10: Rest

Min 10-11: Row for Calories

Min 11-12: Rest

Repeat for Round 2
