Big holla to Rob Wykoff for setting the standard at CFOKC for 13.1 this morning. He got 117 reps, and his first 30 snatches were done at just over the 5 minute mark. Nice job, buddy.

I've been trying to make time to log this all day...this morning I did this in ~14:30-14:40...however on the first run, I ran right past the 800m turn around, for at least another 200-300 meters...are you FREAKING KIDDING ME?

UHHH.

Only nabs me because this is a WOD I should have rocked...as Justin or Rob W. would put its "in my wheelhouse"....I may not be able to lift the most, I may hate burpees...but running distances of 1-2 miles, I can do that reasonably quick.

Rob Wykoff, nice work this morning! Enjoy spring training! You earned it!

Thruster - kept it light with 135#. Shoulders are feeling good. We'll see how they are after 13.1.

It was a bit nippy outside on the run. Finised at 14:01.

Pretty happy with this considering I'm not a naturally built runner as you know.
