Two 5 Minute AMRAPs...

15 Toes to Bar

15 Alt Pistols or Goblet Squats w/ KB

15 KB Swings

15 Overhead Squats

15 Shoulder to Overhead

*Rest two minutes between AMRAPs

DC:

Flutter Kicks, 3 x 100

MOBILITY:

Scorpion, Downward Dog

ENDURANCE:

8 x 200M Sprints
