With a Partner...

150 Wall Balls (20/14)

50 DB Burpee Complex (40/25)  Burpee Complex is burpee, power clean, shoulder to overhead with DB's. 

*Partners may split reps up however they like. All wall balls must be completed before moving to burpee complex.

CORE/MOBILITY:

2 rounds

:30 Star hold (each side)

:30 Runner Stretch (each side)
