*Burpee Complex is push up to DB, squat clean, thruster OR push up to DB, power clean, front squat, push press.

Jump rope was tpo long and kept hitting the ceiling but not long enough to be proficient with double unders. Used 35# dumbbells. Finished in 14:25. Certainly one that'll sneak up on you.
