ACCESSORY: KB arm bar - 4 x 20 sec ea side

CONDITIONING:

20 min EMOM: as many reps as possible for 15 sec, rest 45 sec:

Min 1: Deadlift

Min 2: Thruster

Min 3: Pullup

Min 4: Burpees

*score is total reps

MOBILITY:

couch stretch - 90 sec each side
