On Ramp (required before starting group CF classes)
The On Ramp course is our beginner's class and is designed to prepare active, healthy individuals who are new to the CrossFit movements for our ongoing CrossFit group classes. On Ramp consists of 12 one-hour sessions, 3 per week for 4 weeks. Each On Ramp course will start at the beginning of the month. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes.
*Individuals with significant health or orthopedic issues will need to begin with personal training
The Group On Ramp course - 12 sessions for $199 (meets Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings)
The Personal On Ramp course - 8 sessions for $349 (scheduled at convenience with a trainer)
CrossFit Memberships and Packages
We offer a month-to-month membership payment system with unlimited access to our CrossFit classes. We do not require that you pre-sign in for any class times. Simply come to the classes that are most convenient for you.
Discounts
CFOKC offers discounts to members who wish to sign up for 3, 6, or 12 month package deals. So if you know you’re going to be training here for a while, why not save some cash? These multi-month packages will be deducted monthly from a debit/credit card. They will be set to automatically renew at their expiration unless written notice is given 30 days before they end. Reminder emails will be sent out 35 days before expiration and again at 7 days before expiration to help give you a heads up that your current package is ending.
12 months of unlimited classes - $150/month

*To qualify for the active MIL/LEO/FR/STU/TEA discounts, we ask that you please provide us with valid ID or, for students, a current transcript of your classes. The MIL/LEO/FR/STU/TEA discount packages work exactly the same as the regular CrossFit memberships.
Personal Training
Sometimes your schedule doesn’t quite fit with our On Ramp class or CrossFit classes, or maybe you are not comfortable in the group training atmosphere. If this is you, consider personal training as an option. Most clients begin with personal training for a series of 12 sessions. This is where you will work with your trainer to build your general fitness base and gain familiarity with our movements. You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include:
Your trainer will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you. Following your initial sessions you may then choose to continue with personal training or progress into our group classes.
