Olympic Lifting:
Snatch and Clean and Jerk: Work up to a heavy single for both.

CONDITIONING:
Open Wod 14.1
10 Min AMRAP...
30 Double Unders
10 Power Snatch (Ground to Overhead) 75/55

The gym will open at 9AM as usual. We will plan to start the first heat at 9:30AM. Come out and cheer on all your friends and give the Open a go!
