STRENGTH:

400M Odd Object Zercher Carry

Use a Wallball or KB. Every time you set the object down complete 20 Jumping Jacks. The goal is to keep the object at your chest without leaning back as you walk. Stand tall.

CONDITIONING:

EMOM for 20 Min

Odd: 5 Overhead Squats @ 65% 1RM

Even: 5 Strict HSPU (2 wall climbs)

CORE/MOBILITY:

1 Min Downward Dog

1 Min Hollow Body Hold

1 Min Upward Dog

1 Min Hollow Body Hold
