Saturday WOD: 

In teams of 2:

20 min AMRAP:

40m heavy sled drag

40m sprint

*P1 will drag the sled down and sprint back & tag P2. P2 will then sprint down and drag back &so on for 20 min. Sled weight should be a heavy march down and full sprint back.
