One Class at 10AM!
AMRAP in 30 min – Team WOD (4 people)
Partners #1 & #2 do:
15 Squats w/ Med Ball
While teammate #1 is working, #2 is holding their MB overhead. Once
#1 starts their round, #2 must hold MB even if #1 takes a break. Held position is arms straight. If #2 bends their arms from the locked position, #1 must pause their round.
Partners #3 & #4 do this:
20 jumping lunges
10 jump squats
At the 15 min mark, team members switch out - 1 & 2 go to leg
blaster, 3 & 4 go to MB workout, & AMRAP continues where the other team left off. Score is TOTAL rounds.
