1 rep each side, choose a challenging weight

15 reps total each side, Do each side back-to-back, Rest 60 seconds between those

Rope Climb, 5 ascents

Rest as needed between attempts.

The last couple reps were a bit of a struggle. Need to work on the cleans with my left arm.
