Yay! It's a whole new year. We will have one class today at noon. This is a community class, so all are welcome.

New Year's Day WOD:

"Partner Deck of Cards"

With a partner, for time, moving through a whole shuffled deck of cards:

Face cards are 10, Aces are 11, numbered cards as valued.

Hearts: Pushups

Diamonds: Pullups

Spades: Situps

Clubs: Squats

Jokers: 10 10m shuttle sprints

*you & your partner may work at the same time, but may not move to the next movement until each card is done by both of you.

*newbies scale everything to half reps, except the run.
