ENDURANCE:
start: 21 thrusters (95/65), 21 pullups
at 5 min: 21 deadlifts (225/155), 21 burpees over bar
at 10 min: run 800m
at 15 min: 15 thrusters, 15 pullups
at 20 min: 15 deadlifts, 15 burpees over bar
at 25 min: run 800m
(if you don't finish before time is up for next movement, move on to next movement)
