CONDITIONING:

In 3-person teams, 10 min AMRAP:

10 fat bar thrusters

10 pullups

10 jump switch lunges

*each team member starts on a separate movement and cycles throught the round - you may be working at the same time, but not on the same movement

MOBILITY:
