We will have one 10am class on Monday, Labor Day. This is a community class, so bring your friends and family - you will be able to scale this WOD as needed.
LABOR DAY WOD
For time, with a partner (splitting reps as desired), complete:
40 jumping squats buy-in (scale up = pistols)
Then, 3 rounds of:
120 double unders (or 240 single unders)
60 wall ball shots (partners must use same weight)
40 Russian KB swings (partners must use same weight)
800m run buy-out (partners must finish together)
