 Congrats to all of our individuals and teams that competed at Fittest in the OK this weekend. Also a big thanks to everyone that came to cheer and support throughout the weekend! 

STRENGTH:

EMOM for 12 Minutes..

Odd: 5 Strict Pull Ups

Even: 5 Strict HSPU or Heavy DB Shoulder Press

CONDITIONING:

"The Bear" 

5 Rounds For Weight...

7 Reps of the Bear (1 Reps = the below...do that 7 times for 5 rounds)

1 Hang Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Shoulder to Overhead

1 Back Squat

1 Shoulder to Overhead

For a successful complex, the bar may not be dropped until all seven reps are complete. This includes a pause on the ground between reps. You may rest with the bar anywhere except the ground. Rest as needed between sets.

MOBILITY:

Pigeon pose, Child's Pose

ENDURANCE:

12 x 100M Sprints @ 100%

Rest is walk back to the start.
