*split wall balls up as needed, do all carries together, same set of KBs throughout

CFOKC FOOTBALL AT 430PM:

Reverse barbell lunges: 5x3 each leg

1RM Push Press, followed by max reps at 80%

4 rounds:

3 broad jumps

3 power snatches

10 ball slams
