CONDITIONING:

4 RFT with a partner:

25 wall ball shots

25 Russian KB swings

25 hollow rocks

*Each partner does 4 rounds, and P2 chases P1 through the workout. As soon as P1completes wall balls, P2 can begin those. Partners cannot be on the same movement at the same time.
