10 bar dips

400m run

DAILY CHALLENGE:

3 sets of handstand hold for time

MOBILITY:

Couch Stretch - 2 sets of 45 sec

ENDURANCE: 

Single KB complex for time:
1 arm swing
snatch
press
squat
lunge
(5 rounds, 5 cycles, 1 rep each right, then left)

Once recovered, walk 400m carrying a KB (53/35) on your chest. If the weight drops below your chest, stop and rest, continue where you left off.
