I:  3 x max unbroken C2B/Dip or RD
A:  3 x max unbroken MU
*Choose version that lets you complete higher volume sets unbroken
*Back off week...use 50% loadiing

CONDITIONING:
Four Rounds for Time...
400 M Run
12 Burpees
12 Alt Single Arm DB Snatch

ENDURANCE:
Pose running drills followed by 10 sets of 100m sprints. Rest is walk back.
