*Use a weight that lets you execute as technically sound as possible for the given reps.  Focus should be on execution instead of weight, consider this "movement practice"
*Back off week...use 50% loadiing

CONDITIONING:

11 C2B Pull Ups
2 Deadlifts @ 70% 1RM
10 HSPU or 10 DB Shoulder Press

DC:
L Hangs, 6 x :10 sec hold

MOBILITY:
Bowler Stretch, Cat/Cow
