40 M Shuttle Run (10M down and back)
Max Rep Brupees
Rest 1 Minute between Rounds
Score is total burpees

DC:
Turkish Get Ups, 3 x 2 on each arm

MOBILITY:
Downward Dog, High Hamstrings on Box

ENDURANCE:
3 rounds 800m run
Rest 90 sec b/w rounds
Rest 3 min after the last round, then:
400m run
Rest 60 sec b/w rounds
